Implementation of an environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2004 undertakes MIAB Ltd. to constant monitoring and continuous improvement of the environmental impact during manufacturing and installation of a wide range of products related to water supply, sewage and water treatment.
Due to our scope of work, our system of environmental protection and environmental management policies includes:
• identifying significant aspects and impacts on the environment,
• carry out regular analysis of environmental aspects,
• take appropriate measures to prevent environmental pollution,
• permanent advancement and continuous improvement of the environmental management system in the production process, especially for surface finishing treatment of stainless steel,
• continuous compliance with the applicable standards, laws and regulatory requirements.
In order to accomplish these goals we strive for:
• storage and disposal of waste created,
• maintenance of equipment in purpose of protection of the working environment,
• product development and selection of materials which are less harmful for environment,
• development of awareness and education of employees in the implementation of environmental protection.
Environmental policy is the backbone and guideline for the determination of the objectives of effective environmental management, and with the same we have met our customers and suppliers, the local community and our employees.
